Our head chef at La Herradura Restaurante, who was born in the Vega Baja region, characterizes its renowned gastronomic culture. Her extraordinary skills are complemented by techniques that draw on generations of traditional recipes and local expertise. Her recipes are certainly not “off the peg” but unique to both Aurora and the restaurant’s clientele.
